Who doesn't want to spend more time outside in the summer months? Many of the positions we have available include mostly outdoor work. This is a great way to soak up the sunshine and get some fresh air while you're working!

Flexible Schedule

We have flexible shifts and schedules available for our employees. We're really good about working around family vacations, ball practice, and other extra curricular activities. There is also some great flexibility to get many hours! 

Available Positions at Big Surf for the 2021 Season:

  • Lifeguard
  • Food Service
  • Grounds
  • Admissions
  • Night Security/Maintenance

Lifeguard must be age 15+. Food service, grounds, and admissions must be age 14+. Night Security must be age 18+.

We provide all necessary lifeguard certifications.

All employees must pass a drug screen upon receiving an offer for employment.
