Big Surf’s Rides and Attractions

We have fun for all ages at Big Surf! From thrilling waterslides to a relaxing lazy river, we have something for everyone. Here’s a few of our favorite attractions that we have to offer.

Zambezi Falls 

Get an adrenaline rush at the Lake’s Largest Half Pipe! Grab a single or double tube at the ride, and get ready for a three story drop. Warning—this ride is so fun, you may find yourself going back over and over for more thrills!

Challenger Flumes 

Want to add a little friendly competition to the waterpark fun? Head over to the Challenger Flumes to race your friends and family on two 300 feet water slides! Want a little more of a sense of adventure? Pick the blue slide, with a covered top, you’ll be riding a rush of water in darkness! Both slides empty into a three foot deep catch pool.

Space Bowl 

Check out our Space Bowl for a unique experience! This red and blue striped ride will drop you from a tunneled slide into a 30 foot wide bowl. Round and round you’ll go, until you’re dropped into an eight foot catch pool. The first of its kind in the US, you’ll be able to say that you rode the original Space Bowl!

Lazy River 

Are you looking for more of a chill, relaxing day? You can unwind from the thrills of our water slides at the Lazy River. With 600 feet of calm waters, cool down while floating around half of the waterpark on our tubes. With the ride taking five minutes for one lap, riders can take a short relaxing break or spend all day riding the Lazy River—it’s up to you!

Wave Pool 

Ride the waves in our Wave Pool for a mixture of relaxation and fun! Holding 375,000 gallons of water, our pool releases waves that are up to three feet tall every ten minutes. Relax in the shallows of the pool, or swim out to the deeper section to ride some waves.

Splash Island

No worries, we have something for our younger visitors also! Grab your little kiddos and head to Splash Island for some safe fun. With water depths ranging from six to 18 inches, you’re sure to find something your kid will enjoy. From a water teeter-totter to squirting animals to mini-slides, Splash Island offers kid-sized fun!
